Tires

Got a good sized nail in my rear tire. Had only 1000 miles on it. Was advised by 3 different sources that repair was possible but I should limit my speed, after the repair. All of these people knew I wasn't going to buy a new tire from them, so I guess I feel better now. Ordered a new Z6 from SW Moto Tires. They were cheaper then anyone else. $160, including freight. Was advised that the FJR and some BMW's use a "C" load range tire, besause of their weight and HP. Good advice. Dealer suggested, I could have the tire repaired and keep it in case of future flats. All I need is more stuff in the shop.
