Top Gun bar end weights

Could someone tell me the torque value for the bolts on the TG end weights please

I'm thinking that the "blue" locktite is recommended-correct ? Thanks in advance.

Blue Loctite is correct.

The book calls for an amazingly light 2.9 ft-lbs of torque on this bolt. IIRC, I took mine to about 9 ft-lbs.
