Has anyone here had any dealings with this company (www.torkworld.com)? I am trying to find someone who can answer some questions I have about their Tork Max headset system - for Bike to Bike comm. Their customer service line only gets you a recoded messageasking you to leave your name and phone number. I have emailed them and called them to no avail. No one ever gets back to you. The problem is that the product looks like it might do just what I want. But if other people have experienced the same frustration I have had, I'd just as soon move on.

The product looks kinda cheesy to me and not much cheaper than something Jeff at BikeEffects.com could hook you up with.....like maybe a Starcom that has decent noise cancelling processor in it.

Jeff's also a huge forum supporter, gives a discount, and will talk your ear off at technical support.

I cannot recommend talking with him more!
