Tour Master Epic jacket

Any opinions on the Tour Master Epic jacket?

I wish I got that jacket instead of the TourMaster Flex2...Epic is waterproof, Flex2 is water resistant.

I bought the Epic for my son when he bought his first motorcycle, based on recommendations from petey. It can be HIViz like my son's and Petey's. Petey says that it vents very well.

I've been wearing the Transitions II jacket and it's a great piece of gear. The Epic fits identically and is essentially cut the same way but it has a couple more bells and whistles over the Transition such as the hood and the built in Kidney Belt. IMO, you can't go wrong with the Epic as long as it fits you well. I'm replacing my Transitions soon with an Epic. I've damned near wore it out over the last few years.

I purchased a high viz epic exactly one year ago...

can't say enought about it...no issues with cold, driving rain (built in hood is the bomb), warmer days (effective vents)...suburb piece of gear

no need to done my Frogg Toggs ever again (rain gear)
