Tourmaster Synergy Glove Problems

I bought a pair of Tourmaster Synergy gloves for the wife and I can't seem to keep them working. First controller worked for about a week then the lights stop working then no heat. Swaped controllers and the same thing happened. I have them hooked directly to the battery, fuse is good. Has anyone else had this problem with their gloves or controller?

No problems at all. I used them all last year, but haven't had to get them out yet this year. All I can suggest is contacting the company for a possible warranty exchange.
