Townsend's helmet lock brackets quick question

I'm hooking up just one helmet lock using Townsend's bracket.

For you folks with both: Which do you find handier, the right side or left side?

I don't have a lock yet but I would think the left side would be handier. That's the side of the bike you get off on.

Had a PM response from FJRScorpion who says the same thing. That makes it unanimous and was my first choice anyway. Thanks.
