Unknown connectors

Hi all,

Anyone know what the 2 "spare" connectors under the passenger seat ( left side) of a Gen 1 are?

Probably nothing Yamaha put there. The only connector I can think of on the left side is the ECU, and it's under a whole lot more than just the seat.

Behind the tool tray on my American '03 are the starter interlock and the tipover switch. The only way you'd have a "spare" connector is if one of those were absent somehow, which would make operation of the motorcycle fairly dubious.

May be connections to an optional CycleLock alarm/immobilizer module which was not offered/included in USA bikes.
