Very nice! I'm origionally from Bergen County NJ, used to go up that way all the time. 7 lakes drive was another favorite. Here in AZ theres some pretty rides as well but not the variety that you get. Like to see another video of the same area in late october! So beautiful with all the colors.

Great video! I love that road. Done it quite a few times on the V-rod, but I think the FJR is gonna be a lot more fun. Can't wait to try it out. I also spend a ton of time at Ka'aterskill falls taking pictures.

If you don't mind me asking, what kimd of camera and mount system are you using? It looked great. Not shaky at all.

Mounting system is stemstand by Techmount mounted on the centernut of the triple tree. The main camera is mounted on there (which is where this video was filmed). We (actually Jim) has a remote camera on his helmet too.

The camera is a Sony Sports Camcorder (SC-X300/X300L)

I find it hard to believe there is ANYONE in front of Iris long enough to get recorded..... ;)
Marty,

If you recall, I was doing the recording at the rear of the pack. Iris and you were somewhere at the top of the mountain (already) on your way to Sweet Sue's.

The rider right in front of me was our friend Dave "the Brit" and in front of him was Skip (Nice Rumble).

Sorry I am slow on the uptake, didn't realize this is a vid from the June ride. I took my little gang down that road and up it again in July. Ran it uphill no traffic!!

(Aside: I also ran Tracy road DRY!!!! Thanks for introducing that road to me)

Hi Dave Hi Skip!!

Someday I will see a video of me and Sally riding up a nice road like that.

Did you try "Super"? I am not familar with video translations or "TS" files, this on looks like it might handle it. Lots of stuff on the web page and the download link is at the bottom. Might be a timed use download. Not affiliated, no interest, etc.

Nice vid! I was on that same road last week. Beautiful country. Stopped at a tavern in Hunter for lunch. Can't wait to get back to the Catskills. Maybe in October.
