Voting for this topic ends 1 week from today. I tried to create a voting pole for all of this info that I am about to provide, but you are only allowed 3 topics. I have 6 topics to be voted on. I'll be keeping track of this by hand so I'd appreciate it if you only add the info needed in your response. The dinner is going to be buffet style.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR FUNDS, YET. but I can tell you for voting purposes that the price of dinner is going to have $2.00 tacked onto it. $1.00 is for name tags/materials & $1.00 is for banquet hall rental. So, dinner prices will not exceed $23.00 per head total.
Also of note: The dinner funds that include the $2.00 are not going to be refundable after a certain point. (Keep in mind that the door prize giveaway will take place in the banquet hall) Once I give the hotel caterer the # of people, I am responsible for any money not paid for the # of people that I quoted. Even if you decide to back out of the meet your funds won't be refunded once I have given a number of attendees to the caterer. Please be clear on that.
Any proceeds from this event will go to FJRForum coffers for future bandwidth unless there is some horrible yelling about what I plan to do.
