That's some cool stuff.
I remember years ago when I was a teenager, I worked weekends for a contractor. We installed a few add-on greenhouses to peoples homes. We were able to walk arcoss the top of the glass panels and they wouldn't even flex.
But just don't place the panels on their edge, or drop them on a corner!!!!
These weren't as thick as those in the pics though. They were more like a double pain window panel.
