Wanted 1/2" Bar Risers

Anybody know if half inch bar risers are available? Looking for a set for my 2014 ES. Trying to lower ES's front forks. Fred W. gave me the idea of using bar risers to solve fork clearance issues with the handle bars. But as I am vertically challenged I have no reason to raise the bars. In my research all the risers seem to be 1". Any ideas?

I wonder if Garauld from this forum could help you out by customizing a set of the 1" risers. He does very high quality work. Perhaps send him a PM.

grind down the 1 inch parts ? You would need quality machine tools to do it but you should probably be able to find someone locally with this type or gear .. Now, cost effective ? That may be another story ....

Any machine shop will be able to mill the blocks down to half inch but will the holes for the dowels be deep enough afterwards ?

Seems like a lot of work just to gain half an inch. Are you sure you could not handle a 1 inch riser block ?

If you are vertically challenged wouldn't raising and bringing the bars closer to you be better for you ?
