Hi - do you have a broke mirror laying around that you want to part with? I am working on a fix to try and attach under mirror aux light brackets to the Gen3 and I need one or more mirror bases to play with. I only need the base. I'll happily pay for shipping. Thanks!

I think I have you covered, G-Man.

Please do know that the Gen2 mirrors come in two different stud lengths, if that makes any difference to your project..

I'll look tomorrow AM for you.

Didn't I send you a mirror a while back?

I have a pair of '08's lying around somewhere.

Are the mirrors you are looking the ones I have?

Ray, no, those mirrors are still intact. I have at least 1, maybe two broken mirrors. One from Barabus, one from my deer strike.

I have a 06 mirror that I was going to send to Carver for his rolling stock but your welcome to it. Sorry Don.
Wow, you no fun anymore! It's Ok, Pops - I'm running Antlers now and will never go back.

Huh?

More info please..........

The 2006 OEM mirrors had longer stud lengths than subsequent mirrors. The OEM's fit Skyways brackets OK, the new ones not. Shorter by about 4-5 mm.

Still a week or 2 away from trying to acquire my wrecked '07. Insurance company won't allow me to buy it back directly so I have to go bid on it at a salvage auction. If it wouldn't be too far in the future for you, I'll check back after I get the bike back (assuming I win the auction) and see if you're still in the market.
