right now on ebay a fella is parting out a '05...lots of stuff.

you could email him and see if the part you need is available.

typical disclaimer: don't know, nor have had any dealings with auctioneer. just sharing found info.

Joel-I have one. Come and get it. Return line doesn't use a fitting, however, only the feed (pressure) line. So which do you need?

Is it just held on with a hose clamp?

I just assumed there was a razzle dazzle quick disconnect like there is on the feed line. If its just a hose clamp holding it on, I'll just get some 5/16" fuel line and I'm in business.

(if someone is wondering why I don't already know how the hose is held on the fitting, ... it's a long story <Link>)

Yup. It takes some awesome turns to get to where it's going-hence the molded hose. Don't think reg fuel hose is gonna work well at all-plus the molded hose fits into voids when tank is down, pieced in hose is going to have to be configured the same way, or may be pinched closed when tank is lowered. Don't know why you'd wanna screw around when a hose is being offered to you, especially for only [Dr Evil]1 MILLION DOLLARS[/Dr Evil]!

Joe when you replaced the return fuel line fitting on your pump did you also replace the oring that lives underneath the fitting? The reason I ask is that I need to replace both the return and pressure orings on mine due to leaking. Do you know the sizes of these orings? Thanks.
