Wanted Pillion grab rail Gen 2

Greetings,

Noticed on a ride that the top box was flopping around, more than usual.

Stopped for a drink and noticed that the pillion grab rail was broken near where it attaches to under the seat on both sides, bugger !

Would anyone have one they wish to get rid of for a Gen 2, 06

The part is SKU: 3P6-24773-00-P2 HANDLE, SEAT

This is the pillion grab rails you remove when installing a Givi top box mount.

I would suggest it broke with fatigue, the H&B top box always used to flop around.

Take a VERY close look at the rear subframe behind the seat where the factor rack screws in. It's made of recycled pop cans - poorly. If your top box was flopping around enough to damage the side grab rails, I'd strong suggest the rear subframe is broken as well.

The frame was broken.

Found it and got it welded today.
