one suggestion. I know that there are several versions of this part. make sure you get the one with the steel collars in the holes. this allows you to torque up the plate properly without any risk of damaging the plastic of the mount. I have both versions, and when i attempted to torque up (as per specifications) the one without metal collars in the three holes, the plastic gave way on the second/third remounting attempts....
