Just read in our weekely rag.

Having used all his qualifiers, Toseland went out on race tyres at the end of qualifying and slowed Hayden down for a second. (Hayden was only on his out lap not his fast lap). Toseland said that he had waited purposely trying not to go out in front of anyone.

Toseland later appologised, after which:

Hayden. "You seem to be saying sorry a lot already and you've only been here for 3 races"

Toseland: "Not to you buddy"

Last time out, after a couple of complaints about Toselands aggresive passing he said "It's what I'm paid to do........go past people".

Capirossi (who is no race track ettiquette angel) came back "OK we know where we stand now".

Stoner had a good old whinge about Gorgeous George being aggresive as well. After watching his face and body language during qualifying I am losing some of my respect for him. He was like a spoilt kid instead of a professional with a problem to solve. He needs to have a word with himself.

Makes it soooooo much more interesting eh?

I am confused, who is Gorgeous George? Toesland?

As much as I am a big Hayden fan having watched him win in person both with AMA races at Infineon and his Moto GP win at Laguna Seca he seems to have lost some of his touch at winning races. Too bad, his smile is infectious when he wins. Honda can take some of the blame for his lack of wins also.

Thanks for the inside details on Moto GP. This is shaping up to be a good season now that it's not the Duc show.

I think World SBK has had some of the closest racing for a couple of years. It's all good stuff, eh?

What have you been watching?

Toseland is the Brit rookie who has finished 6..6..7 in the first 3 races and held 3rd for a while in the first race. Gorgeouse George is Gorge Lorenzo (Brit commentaters nick name), who won last week and has made pole in his first 3 races.

The WSBK is good as well the BSB is also looking good this year. (British superbikes).

I think all the U.S. road racers are looking like the "best of the rest" at the moment. They're very good. They're not quite the best. Hopper may be the best of the bunch. Ant West sure isn't pushing him so far. Edwards looks much better now that he's not Rossi's teammate. Maybe he's more relaxed. I'm pretty excited to see how they'll do as the season rolls on.

I wonder what Marco Melandri is thinking about now?

And on WSBK: I'm with you. I like watching that series more than any of them.

Hopper will get better over the next few. He had a bad injury sustained in testing. Tore muscles from their moorings on the inside of one of his thighs...nasty! He had to be lifted on and off the bike at Qatar and although says he is fully fit still limps. You can imagine how that hinders him climbing about the bike. He had a much better ride last time out.

I have been watching both series for years it's just hard to understand those foreign language commentators :derisive:

Guess I missed the Georgous George part as all I hear them call him is Lorenzo. Too many rock concerts in the 70's
