I know we're sending emails about this already so this might be redundant..

I need Jackson to build the "Pay Now" button on PayPal

Devanator is creating logo(s) - once completed I could throw those up there too.

Is the logo on the shirts from last year copyrighted by anyone? Could I use that on the site? Who do I need to ask?

I welcome suggestions of whatever else we should put up there. The registration will be set up once the PayPal stuff is done and we know what the banquet will cost. It might be waaay to early for that (food costs seem to be increasing).. When the banquet details get decided I can create the options list for people to choose the en-trees and deserts, or whatever options there are. Wasn't it chicken, Prime Rib and something? I can build as many lists and have people make their choices...

It's not pretty right now, but it's very functional :) I'll be playing around with various themes and images (non-copyrighted if I can find some).

Should we announce that the site it up now or wait until June?

 
I can only build the PayNow button after we have decided on the registration fee.

I will send you the image that I used for the T-shirts last year. There's no problem putting it on the web site.

I suggest we not publicize the web site until we have answered all of the questions. If we can't get any answers from the restaurant, we can just go with one meal choice like we did last year and assume the price will be about the same.

I have the forms built for registration and the banquet choices.

For the both, I have separate fields for rider and pillion; although only the rider's info is required.

I'm going to create a "Thanks for registering page" with a link to the hotel so that people will be re-directed there after registering and making their banquet choices.

Jackson - my goal is to have it all done by Sunday night...I might ask, via email, for everyone to test it before we roll it out for everyone. I can delete fields/entries.

If you didn't get the email from me; the site is up and I've run through it. I would like others to take a peek at it and give me feedback. Let me know if there are problems, if it's too confusing or if it just plains sucks.

Some free options back in March now require payment and they've reduced the amount of stuff you can have per form. We have a limit of 3 forms, we're using two, so if there's other information (like IBA) that we want to collect, let me know. It's easy and quick to set up.
