Registration date to be GUARANTEED a T-Shirt is June 23rd. If you register after this date, you MAY NOT receive a T-shirt. The T-Shirtmeister is ordering additional shirts in each size, but there is no guarantee of a shirt in the size you want. And I ain't gonna trade you my comfy XL for your M.
Registration cut-off date is July 13th. This is to allow accurate head counts for the catering department at the hotel so that everyone gets what they're supposed to. We don't wanna have to be fishing off the bridge to catch dinner.
As of June 23rd, any remaining rooms in our reservation block will be returned into the general reservation pool by the hotel. This means that there is a "slight" chance that a room will not be available for you to reserve if you wait till the last minute. The hotel WILL HONOR THE DISCOUNT ROOM RATE.
So - if you're on this fence about this, PLEASE MAKE YOUR DECISION!
