...unless you like sleeping on pine cones and rocks. :p

Just a heads up on room availability...

We have less than 25 rooms left with what appears to be 35 people (including those with pillions) who have not made reservations (of those who have already registered for the Event to date). Unless you like to play musical rooms, I'd be finalizing your reservations with the Marriott tout de suite!

I will not know until just prior to the Event of any additional rooms that might become available for our group. Don't dilly-dally, if it's like last year, we were left scrambling to get some extra rooms and some got stuck off campus. Trust me, with this group of sorry-ass misfits, you'll not want to miss anything by schlepping to and fro. ;)

And the walk back to your room in the, er...uhm..condition SOME FJR owners have been known to achieve?!?! :dribble:
You remembered where your room was? Impressive!
It was easy for him to find with all that sunlight around.
There...I fixed my original post/quote. :bleh: You will kindly notice the word "some". We, of the tee-totaler variety dont' seem to have the issues SOME others have. :drinks: And yes, T.C. would be correct, its usually still light out when I head for my room. So much for my "wild-and-crazy-guy" image.

Well, it had something to do with hunting the "Wild Killer-Bat" from Lone Pine. Grown men hopping around a room swinging wildly with hats, towels and pillowcases (That ought to get your gutter-minds trash-thinking! :bleh: ). He wouldn't let me go to the room and get my pistol.....he was muttering about the motel manager not understanding.... :dribble:

I should write a book...

Since I may be coming early to ride off road, I have been checking the availability of timeshare condos that week through Interval International's getaways. There have been a fair amount available especially at the Marriott's two locations. One is slopeside the other is in the village of PC. Both are not too far from the hotel. They typically run from 400-700 for a week for a 1 or 2 bedroom with living room and kitchen, but availability is hit or miss. I've stayed in both locations during the ski season and they are very nice. I'm still planning on staying at the hotel for the weekend but if someone was coming for the week and or bringing their family and wanted me to try to book them one if available... pm me... sooner rather than later.
