My meds (which take up a saddlebag) would be the only thing I'd worry about for a overniter. **** stained underwear are OK,I used to go in my pants regularly when I was a infant.

No blue pills, but I have found a CPAP requires some thought in packing. Wish it wasn't needed, but it goes every trip in a saddlebag. Usually along with some of the clothing.

Back in the late 70s, a buddy and I took our bikes from Ohio to Cape Hatteras on our 750 cc bikes. He tied a Morey soft surfboard to his bike that stuck straight up like an aircraft vertical stabilizer. I laughed my *** off when crosswinds would tip his bike as we cruised along. Probably not funny, but you had to be there.
