What is it?

Found when I bought a 2006 AV. Two washers which look to me like spark plug compressionable seal washers. Each is in a sealed baggie with "Yamaha Genuine" on it with this number 214-11198-01. What are they for? I have tried reverse look up at two OEM suppliers from the list and each time there was no record.

214-11198-01-00 GASKET (From the Yamaha website parts fiche)

They are the "gaskets" for the oil pan drain bolt and the final drive filler and drain bolts.
