Even with the new twist of f [DOT] j [DOT] r [DOT] this is still deep NEPRT material. "What does FJR Stand For?" has a weeks worth of reading in NEPRT.

Try this, and this, and this for starters. If there are any other questions post up

OH MAN...wait till Iggy sees this one.

Might want to check your warn meter, it just might peg out here shortly.

Oh btw... Fast Jet Rocket.

Ummm....not so much. Although there appear to be some issues with English as a first language here....I think you all have this well in hand. ;)

FJR is written without any dots because it is not an acronym. Usually auto/motorcycle manufacturers use number and letter combinations to signify things like family, class and type of vehicle. In the case of Honda's VF800 the V means that the engine is a V configuration 4 cylinder and the F is usually used by Honda for performance motorcycles as opposed to a standard motorcycle. For example, back in the 80's the Honda CB line of motorcycles could be had as a CB750K where K = standard and CB750F which = performance model of the same basic bike. Other letters that most likely stand for a family, class and type are KLR, GSX-R, XX, ZR, GPZ, ZZR, etc.

V65 is correct in steering you to the best of NEPRT, sometimes I over look the simple things in life

I say we give him a break. His English is better than my French.
He got a serious answer, nobody told him to do a search, I didn't mention him speaking French (which I agree, his English is much better than my French), and I didn't ask him that acronym drik is ;) I believe that adds up to a break.

drik, you are free to make up anything you like for FJR, one Forum member has embraced Fast Joy Ride as their Forum name.
