Where to find motorcycle stats

I'm looking for good statistical information on the motorcycle industry and motorcycle touring. It seems pretty sketchy. Specifically, I'm wondering if motorcycle service, parts and accessories sales are off as much as sales of new units, or may in fact be up? Could it be folks are just keeping their existing machines and accessorizing them, refurbishing them? I know motorcycle fatalities are way down, so can it be assumed motorcycle travel is way down, too? Is commuting down or up? Is vacation/touring down or up? Anyone know where I might get my hands on this kind of info, perhaps state-by-state? Seat of the pants observation here in Montana indicates motorcycle touring could be stable or even increasing as tourists opt to leave the motor home or travel trailer or even car home and instead see the Big Sky Country two-up on an economical motorcycle. Help and suggestions would be appreciated.
