He's listening to some stupid talk radio thing about turtles saving their own lives. I think its just more evidence of where the girl is. Haha.....

Obviously cop humor. They get extra points for good trigger finger discipline, but points off for the dramatic racking of the slides which was sooo Hollywood. And seasoned LEOs wouldn't have let a perfectly good Starbucks' Biscotti hit the ground. Got to admit, freakin' hilarious, did NOT see that coming!

Edit: Showed this to the wife who failed to see the humor. In fact she said they wasted a good cup of coffee! Guess it's a guy thing.
