Who Do You Have To "buff"

I read that the admin has to enable attachments? What do I have to do to be able to post a pic of me and my bike? Is there a specific place I should do this?

That is erroneous info.

Two ways:

1) Sign up for an account at www.photobucket.com (or any other free image hosting website), then upload your photos there. Now, when you want to add an image to the post, use the "IMG" button above the posting window, and when the box pops up, enter the photobucket URL of your photo. May sound complicated, but actually very easy once you do it.

2) Below the posting window, you will see a "File Attachment" button. Use that to upload a photo.
