Dose anyone know who makes this helmet?

I found it on the Yamaha Europe web site.

I can find who makes this helmet on the web, I have seached for it as "AYE Helmet" on Yahoo and Google.

Bye Helmets, They do exist, I don't find any US distributors. You may need overseas help on this on.

The best I can find.

It appears that BYE is a joint venture with Yamaha-Italy. The only marketing reference I can find is thourgh Yamaha Dealers in Italy.

It's a good looking helmet, I'd lke to know more about it too.

Big problem with several EU manufacturers is that their venting system will not allow them to pass the DOT drop test.DOT drops a pointed weight into the top of the helmet.This looks very similar to a Spanish made helmet that is here but the venting system was rendered useless to get it to pass DOT.You can always try eBay and smuggle one in.The current exchange rate is about one Euro to 1.5 US FYI
