yamaha1300rider had a good idea of people who had another handle on other forums posting who they are also known as so:

I'm Rogue at both forums.

I picked Rogue because on a radio control car forum Doug and DougC were taken, I used my initials (DMC) and people would say "I haven't heard of that band in..." :puke: . So I looked around and saw a hat I have from a micro brewery in Oregan and decided Rogue would be a cool handle.

From the Rogue River Brewery. I usually drink their Dead Guy Ale whenever it's around. I have white hair when most men have no hair. That's how I got my handle.

FJRocha stands for "Francisco Jose Rocha" my birth given name. FJR just happen to be my initials, so mi handle comes natural for me (it's the same in every board) :aacute:

BTW: my avatar is a picture of "Copito de nieve" a.k.a. "Snow Flake". It was the only ever known albino gorilla in the world. I got to see him at the Barcelona Zoo when I was around 3 years young and it left a memorable impression on me. He died of skin cancer on November of 2003 after fathering 21 children and never having to pay alimony :innocent:

I was f1_5 stars on the other board. Back then, the 5 stars represented the number of championships won by Michael Schumacher in Formula 1 racing. I didn't want to change it to 7 stars now, so I shortened it to f1fan. :D

What a long explanation, huh.

It's in the signature though you'd have to know my "real" name and not my handle on the other board. Also, I've used a different language ;) .

The one, the only!

Got a little carried away with bikes for a while (seven new bikes in six years), with a total of four in the stable when the FJR arrived. Hence, the 'nut' part. Course, my therapist says my other issues are in no way related to motorcycling... :dribble:

I am the same umimaginative person on this board as on the other boards and for that matter e-mail too.

I was/am Groo40 on the other board... the 40 was tacked on when Groo had already been taken, and 40 being how old I was at the time.

Groo is a reference to Sergio Aragones comic book character "Groo the Wanderer" a solitary cheese-dip loving sword for hire....who will drop gloves and "mulch" you at the drop of a hat...

I was never on the "other" board. I used to lurk on S-T.N and occaisionally post as "Cap'n Bung" which is my identity for the game Counter-Strike.

Jetmaker737 refers to what I do for a living. B)

Yo Jetmaker, you are just up the street from me. I'm in Renton as well.

There is another '05 up the street in Covington (His just started ticking  )

I'm going to try and put together a get together for dinner one night at the Dog and Pony Ale house one of these days. I'll let you know when.

Now that I have totally hijacked this thread for my own personal reasons, I'll state that I am Captain Obvious, here, there, and everywhere!

I was/am YankTar03. The 03 was because EZBoard f'd up my YankTar name when the FZ1OA was on EZBoard. And it was 2003.

From the north (now in NJ) but lived in North Carolina--an AVID UNC Tarheel fan (that's fading--a little, but not much) --In grad school I saw Lawrence Taylor, James Worthy, Sam Perkins, Brad Daugherty and Michael Jordan play their college ball.

I'm "snikr" on this and the "other board". SNIKR came from my wifes licence plate she once had here in VT. At the time you could only use 5 letters and she LOVED Snickers candy bars so I shortened it to "snikr". I liked it so I use it a lot on the internet. I work for a company that makes aircraft engines blades and vanes here in Vermont.

'FJReady' before I even became waiter as in 'ready' to ride that FJR. Thought about changing to a new name but I'm not that creative. So its FJReady at 3 boards now.

In case somebody is not enlightened, Toecutter was the interim leader of the evil biker gang in Mad Max after the Night Rider got taken out by the Patrol (a classic film BTW). I'm a kinder, gentler version but I admire his conviction. It also, coincidentally, refers to what I tend to do to my riding boots when we are two-up.

I have the same basic on all the sites I have joined

Throttle_Jockey

throttle jockey

throttlejockeyTJ

TJ was added when the others were unavailable. I sign them all TJ though. Just fit my humor at the moment. :russian:

I am 04FJR4ME on both forums, I was so excited when I got the 04 FJR, that's all I can think about, but now I think I should have taken the name AGPS4YOU :D

I enjoy what I do and I like to share my good fortunate with FJR forum members only.
