Them two pictures are different. The top 'yeuropeen model does not have the tuning fork emblem on the tank and the bottom one does.

They are Gen I's and the first is a Euro '02 model. Further, if you observe the reflection of the light on the ground this will confirm that the lighting is affecting the Galaxy Blue paint of an '05.
