Joe and Bud are out hunting, when suddenly Bud grabs his chest and falls to the ground. Bud's eyes are rolled back in his head and he's not breathing. Joe grabs the cell phone and quickly dials 911. Joe gasps to the operator, I think Bud is dead! What should I do?
The operator in a claim soothing voice says "OK, just tke it easy and follow my instrutions. First let's make sure he's dead"
There is silence..................then a gunshot is heard. Joe comes back on the line. "Okay now What"
