Purchased some small items from this online vendor via Amazon, and unfortunately this was followed by a comedy of errors as the carrier failed to deliver to the correct address multiple times.
Wicked was very responsive, answering every email I sent thru the Amazon vendor feedback mechanism within hours.
I finally located the second shipment after receiving a full refund, and when I offered to pay for the goods, Wicked asked that I leave some positive online feedback instead.
Excellent customer service.
