I'm gettng my forks serviced at the dealer tomorrow and am going to have them install the Wilbers Fork springs. I dont have the install instructions anymore and I seem to recall that it requires a different "air gap".

Anybody have the install details?

From what I remember, the air gap varied depending on your weight and riding stye. I think most were between 100mm to 150mm.

Installation per Wilbers Instructions. For 2004 FJR

1. 7.5 weight fork oil

2. 100 mm air space

3. Install springs with progressive end (tight windings) facing up.
