Ok I haven't done the springs yet, but was going to get at it this weekend...

I did find the install guides on FJRTech, but

Do I have to take off the Tupperware off the bike to slide the Front forks out for sure..?

I have a service shop with hoist's to lift the bike up high enough, so my assumption was they would just slide down and away... correct me if Im wrong...

I was planning on using BMW 7.5wt oil, any plus's or minus's to that oil..?

thanks

I was curious and had to take a quick look to confirm, because I don't remember actually writing up the fork spring install article myself. And I know for a fact you need not remove any bodywork (save the front fender) to remove the forks, so I was wondering why you would say that.....

Found the article, and I was right; it's not mine, it's written by Mike Cartpenter (mcarp): FJRTech: Fork Oil / Fork Spring Change

Thats what I figured, but I thought Id ask, and then as usual, as soon as I posted it I see Afterburns Post with pics.... DOH :fool:

Oh and I ended up getting some MotoreX brand Oil, from a Ducati Dealer, Never Heard of it before, but its a really nice cool bottle..... :)
