Wilber's rear shock

I have a question about adjustment. I have the 640 with remote prelaod. I understand the preload and the dampening adjustment, the ring at the bottom of the shock. Is there any adjustment for the rebound? I see by the instructions the two screws but does this model have them? Help please?

According to Klaus, the red ring on the bottom of the shock (that has 22 clicks of adjustment) is both a rebound and compression damping adjustment since the same internal valve is used for both damping adjustments.
