This is something I've been curious about, so I decided to take the plunge. I've been trying to find that sweet spot of quiet and airflow in hot weather. A while back I spoke with a gold Wind rider who had high praises for his windshield vent. I had a Yamaha Touring screen laying around unused and figured it would be a good test subject. That way I wouldn't ruin my Cee Bailey (which is my favorite screen).
Here are the pics.

This went remarkably easy (about 30 minutes), There are a few stray Dremel marks (that thing has a mind of its own sometimes), but overall I'm pleased. I'll get around to trying it tomorrow.
