Very nice photos! I especially liked the one of the trout... now, where did I leave that light weight trout rod? All of the pictures of the stream looked like some good fishing opportunities as a matter of fact!

That winery is a very nice looking setup. Is it a fairly new operation? The casks appear nearly, if not, new. Beautiful location. Which varieties do they specialize in? Those are some good looking red grapes coming along.

Nice lazy day of traveling. Nice!

South Georgia down in the flat sandy part of the state has some wineries but it is pretty much exclusively the Muscadine & Scuppernog grapes.

However North Georgia many wineries have cropped up in the last 20 years and because of the elevation and soil they can grow pretty much any grape variety that is found in California or France. They seem to all be in the 1,500' - 1,800' elevation range in the foothills of the Appalachians. This particular winery opened up in 1999.
