Women's heated gear ???

Marianne gets cold quickly, so with fall coming, I'm hoping someone has some used women's medium heated gear not being used. She is about 5" 7" and 135 lbs. so I'm guessing at the size. Or is it unisex and a men's small will fit?

Try this link it is Gerbings outlet they have new liners both jacket and pants for less than half of retail, this is where I got my pants and jacket liners each for 89 dollars.
