Hey BBIII,

Tried to PM you a couple times and got kicked out. We're almost neighbors - I live in Roseville and have the seats you want. IIRC, got 'em for $145 when I got my Rick Mayer seat last year. Let's see, subtract the value of the year's worth of dust, add in the short time frame and my location en route to Rick Mayer's... Hmm, make me an offer near $120 and come get 'em.

If you're interested, you can sit on my Rick Mayer seat with about 15,000 miles on it to see if you like the feel prior to pulling the trigger on your own seat. Rick does tend to tip you towards the gas tank, which took me a little while to get used to...

I'm going to Rick Mayer Saddles to have a custom seat made and I need a stock seat(s) in any condition before 8/27/2006 in any condition.
Also:

I have one year new Sargent seat(s) that you can buy at a serious discount ($400.00), but I need those stock seats before I can ship the Sargent seats.

Seems the point of a custom seat is to let the builder know what you like and let him try to give it to you. I had never had a custom seat before and let Rick build it as he thought best based on a picture - and he did say he was going to tip me a bit forward when I dropped off the stock seat. I certainly didn't mean to bash Rick in any way as the fit, finish, and comfort of my seat are all wonderful. Anyhow, good luck whichever way you end up going.
