WTB: Saddlebag Body Cap Inserts

Wondering if anyone with an 06 wants to sell their beautiful blue saddlebag body caps(set of 6). After getting a quote from the Yamaha dealer for $85 for these :blink: , I thought I would check here. Although purely cosmetic, I ride w/o bags mostly and would like the clean look these provide.

Two questions: anybody know if the caps from an '05 will fit in the holes on an '06? This inter-generational incompatibility--sheesh.

Second one: is the gorgeous Galaxy Blue of an '05 a close enough match to the beautiful Cobalt Blue of your '06 for you, Billy? (Maybe that should have been the first question. ) I've got an unused set. Shoot me a PM.

I have a set (if I can find them). How much of a "discount" are you hoping to get off retail pricing? Keep in mind I have a brand new Tenere I'm buying farkles for and need every $$$ I can get. :lol:
