WTB: The parts that hold on the Windshield

My windshield broke and blew off the bike while trailering it yesterday. The "W" part that is on the outside of the windshield was all that was in the trailer, but it appears broken on the back (tabs). Looks like I'll need Part #5 ("W"), #3 (fastener screws), and #2 (inside piece on lower part of shield) possibly once I get my summer screen.

If anyone has these items, please let me know.
