Have you looked on E-bay? There are quite a few, from stock Yamaha gear to Givi bags and other assorted top cases.

Youy'll need a mounting plate too and they are about $100.

I have looked quite extensively and $350 is the best price I could find, including on eBay. Used are fairly rare and I missed one myself.

I paid 399 incl shipping plus 95 for the mount so yep, pretty much right on.
