I received my steering head bearing adjusting tool and axle nut(s) tool today. I

won them in the raffle at WFO. BikeJohnny was a big sponsor and gave away tools and gift certificates at the rally. Thats the kind of thing that makes one want to support a business. Thanks guys!

Since I have some family visiting from the UK next week, and wanting to save some coin, a couple of weeks ago I had my sister order me some parts from BikeJohnny in the UK, specifically the steering head wrench and axle tool.

Sis emailed me today to say that she had been contacted by them, apologizing for the delay, but the parts were still on backorder from the manufacturer, and were not expected for another two weeks.

I emailed Jan at BikeJohnny, explaining the situation, and asked if there was anything they could do to help me out.

Despite it being after 11pm, UK time, I promptly got a response, again apologizing, but offering to ship direct to me in the US as soon as they arrived into stock. What I saved on UK sales tax, would be close to the shipping charges.

I find it difficult enough getting communication from some compaines, even during normal business hours, so felt this merited some kudos to BikeJohnny for their customer service approach.
