Don't normally do this as I sorta expect to get a decent product and customer service whenever I spend my money but Warm N Safe took it pleasantly further than I expected.
Because of this thread I went to their site when I needed to replace my Powerlet pigtail for my WNS liner last month. Checked out their Upgrade offers while I was there and after a few back-and-forths via email, decided to upgrade my old liner. (Think it was like eight years old or there-abouts but still worked fine.) Everything was delivered quickly and I was pleased with the items but what happened next is why I'm posting. First, I had a minor issue with the new liner. Mentioned it in a follow-up email just out of curiosity but it was nothing I couldn't live with and told them so. Second, I also remembered that I had bought a set of gloves from them awhile ago which I liked but one had quit working sometime back. As they were still in good shape, I asked if a repair was possible and as they were clearly out of warranty, I would gladly pick up any reasonable cost rather than simply throw them away. I received an almost immediate response back from Krysti (actually each of my emails were promptly replied to by her) who told me to hang tight while she ran it all by "the Mikes." Before I knew it, both issues were completely taken care of, something I really didn't expect.
Yes they put out what seems like a quality product but then again, so do some others. But standing behind those products along with hiring someone like Krysti to provide exceptional customer support is what causes posts like this to be written.
