Just wanted to give a shout out for the excellent customer service from Mike et al at Warm N Safe. I had an issue with the electrics in a glove and it has handled both easily and very quickly. Don't get that kind of treatment too often...

I love the equipment and this recent assistance was exceptional...

+1 I've also received top-notch service on a replacement glove from Mike. And the great part is he's only about 20 minutes away from me.

 
I've used Warm & Safe Heated Gear for a few years now. LOVE their products and have never had an issue with their quality.

Best of all I found out is they will at times offer "upgrades" to new and improved products . . . for instance there is a new version of their Remote Heat Troller out . . . it offers better battery life and pairing and with shipping was only $35 to upgrade.

Even better than all of that is their customer service . . . I had email them a question about the Heat Troller "exchange" an and they are prompt, courteous, and accommodating . . . and I greatly appreciate GREAT service.

I've experimented with some others, but Warm & Safe is the stuff for me. Great customer service.... hint, if you create an account and check off you're in a riding group, the pricing is substantially discounted.

I didn't find a box to check off. But I did experiment and put FJRFORUM in the coupon code box for a very generous discount. IBA also works as a coupon code. Nice!!

Don't normally do this as I sorta expect to get a decent product and customer service whenever I spend my money but Warm N Safe took it pleasantly further than I expected.

Because of this thread I went to their site when I needed to replace my Powerlet pigtail for my WNS liner last month. Checked out their Upgrade offers while I was there and after a few back-and-forths via email, decided to upgrade my old liner. (Think it was like eight years old or there-abouts but still worked fine.) Everything was delivered quickly and I was pleased with the items but what happened next is why I'm posting. First, I had a minor issue with the new liner. Mentioned it in a follow-up email just out of curiosity but it was nothing I couldn't live with and told them so. Second, I also remembered that I had bought a set of gloves from them awhile ago which I liked but one had quit working sometime back. As they were still in good shape, I asked if a repair was possible and as they were clearly out of warranty, I would gladly pick up any reasonable cost rather than simply throw them away. I received an almost immediate response back from Krysti (actually each of my emails were promptly replied to by her) who told me to hang tight while she ran it all by "the Mikes." Before I knew it, both issues were completely taken care of, something I really didn't expect.

Yes they put out what seems like a quality product but then again, so do some others. But standing behind those products along with hiring someone like Krysti to provide exceptional customer support is what causes posts like this to be written.

 
I have used their products for about 3 years now. Just purchased the upgraded Remote Heat Troller. Great, much better IMHO. Allows me to ride down to about 37 outside degree temp. at 80 mph and still be somewhat warm without a lot of extra layers.
