And free shipping. I have no connection to the seller, the product or any sheep that are whining out in the fields...

I priced one at Walmart at $50 to compare. The fine print on the rebate form on the ebay site says the rebate is not available for purchases at retail stores like Wally World. Unless I read that part wrong. You must purchase at least 6 months service. The fleabay seller has a 99.5% approval rating.

Just thought I'd share what sounds like a good deal on a new radio.

XM Radio with car kit

alot of times you can call XM directly at 1-800 XMRadio. Ask them what kind of specials they are running for new customers. Alot of times you can get the equipment for free, but you have to pre pay 6 months of service, but you were going to have to pay for service anyhow, once you buy one, so a pretty good deal. I've gotten 4 radios for free over the years by doing it this way. Worth a try to see if they are still doing it.

Too late for me. I pulled the trigger on this deal. But maybe the next guy can try... thanks for the (future) tip ;)

I wonder what's going to happen now that Sirius is buying XM. Will they support both networks or require everyone to buy Sirius hardware? Anybody know any more about this?
