When you have an appointment, they are on time waiting for you. They have gotten my servicing done while I wait. Their prices are reasonable. In fact, on several occasions, I have gone to them for some adjustment that might have taken me an hour or two, but it takes them, with their knowledge and the right tools about fifteen minutes, and they don't even charge for that!
I recommend them highly.
