Yamaha Top Case Liner

I found the Yamaha Top Case Liner on the Canadian/European sites listed as YMD-20010-65-10. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be available in the US. I know Bestem makes comparable OEM-type liners too, but they don't seem to have one for the Yamaha. Does anyone know how to obtain one?
