Hang in there Vinnie. When you preach the truth you will offend some. Just ignore them and keep the gospel coming. :D

Uhm, I godda bleu wun, en I still am'a thinkin' this here thread needs ta be poot inta the udder place whar the arg-yoo-mint has bin a'goin' on fer sum thyme.

Attention all!!!

According to the Mama of the Yamaha, the DUKE of the Ducati, the Cow of the Kawasaki, the DA of the Honda, and the Pookie of the Suzuki...

The BLUE one is the Best!

It's fairly obvious that Cerulean Silver is the best color choice. It is a blend of Blue & Silver; you can't get any better than that. :p

Blue, the most attractive and desirable color. Why else do you think God made the sky Blue?? They sold more Blue 05's than the previous 2 years together.

Attn if U R wound too tight.....the previous mention of #'s of Blue FJR's is purely made-up......but most likely true nonetheless.

There are simply MORE blue '05s on the road then '04s....

'cause God has his own collection of '04s.

He left the blue ones for those who inherit the earth. That would be the meek.

The sky is a nice blue, not an ugly galaxy blue.

Only the 05 owners blab all the time about their bike, because they have to defend and substantiate the poor little thing. :D

I ordered Cerulean silver -- whatever that is...

The blue is nice also, but I wanted to try the shift thingy... only avail in silver.

Exactly what is "Cerulean " silver?

--------------------------

ce·ru·le·an Audio pronunciation of "cerulean" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (s-rl-n)

adj.

Azure; sky-blue.

[From Latin caeruleus, dark blue akin to caelum, sky.]

--------------------------

So -- Cerulean came from "Dark Blue" -- maybe they're the same, and only the name makes us THINK they are different colors? Hmmm? Hmmm? :alien: :alien: :alien:

Maybe it's THEM? :alien: :alien: :alien:

Interesting. Someone just now looks up the definition of cerulean in a dictionary!

I admit it; I never thought to do that. Azure, blue like a clear sky, sky blue, all of the above.

'04s are a dinstinctly sharp looking shade of silver compared to the '03 but there is nothing blue about it. I tip my hat to Yamaha's marketing dept. for coming up with this catchy contradicting name  .
