When we got back from last year’s YFO, we had a LOT of pics and video. In pretty short order we used the stills to post an account of our adventure in our ride report “The 1911s do YFO”. It took nearly a year, and a Christmas gift of editing software from the kids, to figure out how to do something with the video.
This started out as an addendum to our YFO ride report but it morphed into a video account of the whole trip, aimed at family and friends that don’t hang out on motorcycle forums, that seemed to center around Yellowstone.
If you watch this after reading the ride report, you’ll get the feeling that you’ve been through this before. But there are a few new tidbits, besides the video stuff. I’ll never figure out how to whittle a twenty day trip down to a video of reasonable length though. So, I’ll be tickled if you catch a few frames and remember that this is here to come back to if you find yourself at the brink of thirty minutes of terminal boredom.
