Nicely done. The "marinating in the lake" shot is now my official favorite from the meet.

B)
Thanks. I'm so glad my camera tops out at 4.3 megapixels. Otherwise, the rainbow effect from all the spooge washing out of the gear would have been "distinkly" visible. ;)

So, did your boots keep your feet dry? And, if they did, what brand are they?
Nice pixs!

I asked that at the meet... he took his boots off before he waded in.

Ari just looked at your close-up of Lake Tahoe. Really like that shot “from high up on Rose Mountain”. Hmmmm, wonder if there are any signs around there saying “bass boats need not apply”. :search:

Cool moisture absorption test. :specool:

You have no idea how great that felt. I'd try to explain it, but I'd have to draw parallels that would result in this thread being hijacked and quickly degraded and debased - kind of the way a perfectly good man **** contest turns to crap as soon as Radman starts feeling sexy. Oh, dammit, here come the memories. Ugh. That's one of the problems with the design of the human brain. There's pretty much no way to "unsee" something you wish you hadn't seen, short of hitting oneself in the head with a hammer and taking out just the right neurons, or growing up in the 60s.
