Me, I'm leaving from Houston TX 77040 headed for Marlin TX 76661.

No need to elaborate either but I'm thinking about heading out approx 10:30AM CDT 4/8/24.
I heard that old fart Harper was headed for Dallas or thereabouts? So my destination may change slightly.

I have a big crowd of family and friends staying in a house in the Dallas area. I'm thinking 18 people will be there. I'm not riding, though.

If you want another 30 seconds of totality you can ride another 90 miles to Ennis or 55 miles to Gatesville which are both right on the eclipse center line. Here is a cool interactive map where you can determine totality duration in your area, corona start and stop time, and use a zoom and clock slider.
