My first thought. Actually, even before I noticed the GMC logo and had the tire pointed out.

Similar setup to mine. Probably a lot less weight than a passenger + loaded top-box?

My concern isn't necessarily the weight but how far out it's leveraged and what's going on there with every bump he goes over.

It was posted some time back on a local board, and the poster said it was running around Little Rock, my home town. I've never seen it though.
